BO.immobilier takes the security and confidentiality of its prospects and clients very seriously. We follow strict security procedures for the storage and sharing of personal data entrusted to us in order to minimize the risk of malicious use. These personal data are kept on our databases for commercial purposes but also for legal purposes for a maximum of 3 years after the end of the commercial relationship as recommended by the legislation and 5 years after the termination of the business relationship. However, as real estate is a regulated profession, the law requires us to keep certain administrative documents for 10 years (sales mandate, compromise, …) This information allows us to keep a history of communications but also to qualify our customers to best respond to their requests and offer them services best suited to their profile. The data collected by BO.immobilier becomes our property and therefore our responsibility, BO.immobilier is the controller.
We also give the choice to people who contact us to receive or not offers or commercial solicitations (mailing, newsletter, newsletters, invitations to exhibitions, etc. …). In accordance with the Data Protection Policy replaced today by the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD) you can request access, rectification, deletion and portability of your personal data.
